Alabama's Career Readiness Certificate
 Alabama's Career Readiness Certificate (CRC) is an
assessment-based credential based on ACT's WorkKeys©
that gives employers
and job seekers a uniform measure of key workplace skills. The Career
Readiness Certificate is a portable credential, allowing employers and
employees to use it anywhere in the nation.

available! Please see the Links page for a list of WorkKeys Testing
Centers and Career Centers that can provide more information.

individual may earn: bronze, silver, gold and platinum.

- Core employability skills for approximately 30% of the jobs

- Core employability skills for approximately 65% of the
jobs

Gold Level
- Core employability skills for approximately 90% of the jobs |
